Yvonne Minor Ragan is an internationally renowned, award winning educational leader. With expertise in: Strategic and Organizational Planning; Policy and Professional Development; Curriculum Design and Assessment. Her professional experiences include: Successful Principalships, Executive Director of a Community Based Organization, President of Buffalo Promise Neighborhood, and co-founder of a successful Charter School. Yvonne features in the International Study of Successful leaders News Documentary, and currently serves as Chair of the John Oishei Race and Ethnic Task Force. A dynamic Motivational Speaker, Yvonne is frequently requested to deliver keynote addresses.
Antoinette Amos is a consultant, Speaker and award winning author. A Social and Public Policy expert with a combined 25 years of government and human services experience. A passionate social equity advocate committed to healthy social enviornments. Her area of research interest and expertise is in the interconnectivity of interpersonal relations, culture and (anti)social behavior. Her professional experiences include New York State Office of Children and Family Services Licensor/Investigator, Head Start Director, Director for Buffalo Promise Neighborhood, New York State Multicultural Advisory Committee. Serves as a guest lecturer and speaker on the topics of Adverse Childhood Experiences, Parenting, Social Justice.

Ragan & Amos provides organizations with the skills, strategies and solutions necessary to effectively navigate the ever-changing makeup of stakeholders and capitalize on the individual and collective strengths of diversity.  We have provided extensive training in cultural competence and culturally responsive practice to schools, universities, social service agencies, and businesses. We help forward thinking organizations develop long-term strategic diversity plans. Through effective coaching, guided conversations, training sessions and seminars, we explore the issues of "otherness" and learn the benefits of acknowlegement. acceptance and inclusion. We facilitate the removal of barriers to goal achievement by helping to align policies and practices that strengthen interpersonal and organizational dynamics.
