Moreover, with citizens of all backgrounds, cultures, languages, races, ethnicities and beliefs, the United States is one of the most diverse countries in the world, making true inclusion and cultural competence vital. With extensive backgrounds in education, cultural competency, social and public policy and organizational development, Ragan & Amos works directly with our clients to provide them with skills, strategies, solutions and resources that will increase their cultural competence and will also strengthen their diversity and inclusion efforts. Our services are essential to effectively navigating the ever-changing make-up of stakeholders and capitalizing on individual and collective strengths. Our Executive level consultation and training module focuses on diversity, strategic planning and alignment of policies and procedures to ensure that these elements, along with inclusion goals, are evident in theory and practice. Our trainings, workshops and seminars are engaging, highly interactive, thought provoking and available to a variety of audiences, including schools, businesses, healthcare organizations, human service organizations, parents and caregivers. Workshops are customized to meet the needs of the audience, and run from ninety (90) minutes to several days.
